Outpatient Mental Health Clinic Opens New Location in Madison
Right Track Medical Group was joined by the Madison community as they celebrated the opening of their new Madison clinic at 117 Fountains Blvd., Suite 1.
First launched in 2018, Right Track Medical Group is a physician-led outpatient mental health clinic with 11 locations throughout the Southeast, including Starkville, Miss., Hattiesburg, Miss., and Tupelo, Miss.
Right Track Medical Group’s Madison clinic originally opened in Madison in July 2020, at a location on Baptist Drive.
Right Track Medical Group offers a physician-led approach to treating anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders on an outpatient basis.
Part of Right Track's mission is to eliminate fragmented care and intervene before a mental illness reaches a crisis level when inpatient treatment can be necessary. Patients are treated by a collaborative team that includes a psychiatrist, therapist and nurse practitioner, which reduces the chance for misdiagnosis or mistreatment and speeds up treatment progress.
“Our goal is to see patients the same day or next day upon referral,” said Dr. Stephen Pannel, DO, ABPN, ABAM, psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer of Right Track Medical Group. “People who need treatment for mental-health concerns often have to wait weeks to see a provider. Now, these patients have access to the care they need quickly and close to home.”
Right Track Medical Group’s services include psychiatric evaluation and medication management, as well as individual and family therapy and coping skills groups. All services are available at one location, eliminating fragmented care and speeding progress in treatment.
